Alastair Fisher Update - Rally of the Lakes
It had been a hectic lead up to the Rally of the Lakes and Alastair Fisher Motorsport were ready to take on this famous circuit but instead had to retire on the last stage.
It was great to catch up with Alastair Fisher recently and get an update on Rally of the Lakes.
“Skipping back to the Circuit of Ireland, our final day attack to take victory will live long in the memory and I'm proud of what we achieved. In turn fighting tooth and nail for two days in Killarney with victory escaping us on the last stage was very tough all round on what was a classic weekends rallying.
On the plus side we have shown immense pace over the last two events which gives us a lot of confidence. Championship wise there are still four maximum points scoring opportunities left so the fight is still on."
